Mike Bolen Lead
Mike has owned and sang lead for Holy City since he started it in December of 2001. Growing up listening to the Cathedrals and local quartet’s like The Oakland Quartet, it was a dream to sing gospel music one day. He loved the Quartets but kept his singing to the confines of the car and the shower until he was in his thirties. In 2000 Mike joined the Crystal River Quartet from Fayetteville, NC and began travelling regionally for the first time in his ministry. When CRQ folded in September of 2001 Mike knew it was time to start his own group and continue travelling and singing the music he loves. Mike loves his family and he and his wife Lisa have twin girls, Leigh and Lauren, and their son Jake runs sound for Holy City.
